I suggest you do a combination of all of them in a constant velocity. Few link building tactics is not enough to get you in the first page of Google.

above suggestion are good however I put more importance to article marketing.
1. Like building a blog site out of your domain and link it to your site.
2. Article submission. creating an article with links to your site and submitting it to article directories.
